Organic Lavender is my all time favourite go-to herb and essential oil. It is calming, soothing and balancing. Reputed to be anti-depressant, antiseptic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, decongestant, sedative and hypotensive to name but a few. Great for kids and adults.
